    Hello,

The default behaviour right now is that you can only edit an order if it has the status “On Hold” or “Pending”.

I’ve already added some custom order statuses and now I want to enable that I can edit the order on one of them.

    How can I do that?
    Thanks for the help. ??

  • You’ll need to use the filter ‘wc_order_is_editable’ and test if the status is one of your new editable statuses, return true if so.

    See class-wc-order.php line 1401.

    Hello @nexarius

Are you using the plugin Custom Order Status for WooCommerce?

If yes, please ask your question on the right forum here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/custom-order-statuses-woocommerce/

If you are not using that plugin then please share your WooCommerce System Status with us.

System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

This particular forum is for questions that are directly related to the features and functionality of the free WooCommerce plugin. While we’re experts on our own products, third-party plugins are best supported by their own developers.

Look forward to hearing from you.
