how to add own custom taxonomy to post titles

hi folks ,

need help with adding my own custom taxonomy to yoast seo post title .
for example
i set on yoast panel for post title : Tutorial %%title%% | %%sitename%% , the output is “Tutorial Install Nginx On Ubuntu 16.04 | Linux Lesson”

and i want to add year taxonomy on the post title so it will become “Tutorial Install Nginx On Ubuntu 16.04 (2017) | Linux Lesson”

any idea how to make this happend ?
