I just created my first “contact form” with WPForms. I created it as a page. However when I view the page the form extends from the extreme edges of my computer screen, with no padding. Also the page title does not appear. I’ve tried each of the “page templates” available in the page admin panel but they each create the same presentation. How can I edit this set up?

    Hi @fifthhouse,

It sounds like there might be a styling conflict between the forms and the site theme. When you get the chance, could you share a link to the page where your form is embedded?

If you’re displaying the form in the default WordPress editor, you can click on the WPForms block, and on the right sidebar toggle the Show Title switch. Here a screenshot of that setting.

If you are using the form shortcode to display the form, you can add title="true" to the shortcode, like so:

    [wpforms id="583" title="true"]

    Hope this helps!

Hi Ethan. Thanks very much for your help. That shortcode took care of it. Also, I figured out that I can just add the form in Elementor, and I then added a title in that way.
