how to add page specific menus

  • I’m sure everyone is familiar with the (sub?) menus found on the plugin pages for wordpress. you know, the ones that have the menu below the title:

    Description Installation FAQ Screenshots …

    Clicking on each of these keeps the overall page the same but changes only the page ‘content’. How do I do something like that as well? I think I am asking how to add page specific menus.
