How to add picture to widget

    Hi!

    The template for this theme under WordPress shows on the right hand side bar, a widget that says welcome and has a lady’s picture in a circle hovering over that widget. Does anyone know how to recreate this? I would also like to add a picture hovering above one of my widgets on the right hand side bar.

  • Have you looked at the available widgets in your theme? It might just be a text widget with some HTML in it. Hard to say without looking at the admin section of the theme.

    I have, but I am totally new at this. I had really liked how the Amadeus theme originally looked when they “advertise” it showing someone’s picture in a bubble above the “welcome” on the right side bar.

    It is the widget called “Amadeus: About me”.
    Then you can select the picture you want to upload and the text.
