How to add podcast episodes in bulk?

    How can I add podcast episodes in bulk? I’ve more than 50 episodes to create, and I don’t want to add them manually unless there is an easier way.

    Hi there,

    You could use the built in WordPress importer to move new content into your WordPress site. Is that what you’re trying to do? Or if you’re wanting to move episodes into the Podcast CPT you could use a plugin like Post Type Switcher to accomplish this.

    If you’re talking about bulk uploading to the Castos hosting platform unfortunately we don’t have a solution for that right now aside from our automatic importer which takes care of content you’ve already got in WP posts.

    I just want to create new episodes, I’ve media content on the server enough for more than 50 episodes. How can I add new episodes in bulk? Want to avoid creating them manually.

    This is about the easiest way to do it that I’ve been able to find so far: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-bulk-episodes/

    I just tried it on the newest version of WordPress and it seems to work ok! Just had to copy and paste the data from an excel sheet.
