How to add post to category page without displaying post on home page

    Hi,

    I added pages and wanted to add a post to those pages individually without seeing the ‘stream’ of ‘all’ posts on the home page.

    Can this be done!!??

    Hi,

    I have added a new page to my site.

    I want to go onto that page and add a post – an image basically.

    But I do not want that image to be displayed on the home page posts.

    What I want to do is have 5 or 6 pages on my site where I add posts with images and these posts only can be seen on these individual pages. So I choose the page to post to…

    Does that make sense?

    You’ll need to exclude these posts from your main posts (home) page via a custom query: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/query_posts

    make a categorie and post on that categorie and display posts of that categorie on page and exclude that categorie to display post on homepage

    ps – any of you know how you filter for ‘mobile’ themes? My site renders poorly on an iPhone…

    Or is that another forum post entirely!!??
