Hello, right now woocommerce in the List of the Customers Orders just displays ID Order, Date, State, $ Total and actions. I need that my customers can see in this list the following information:

Image(s) of the product(s) they bought in each order.
Name(s) of the product(s) they bought in each order.

This is super important information to make a better user experience, lets think that me as a customer i have bought 100 times different products in an ecommerce, and later i remembered that i bought a specific product in this ecommerce, so, how is the fastest way to check it and buy it again? Of course, looking in the List of Orders. But as woocommerce have it right now, i have to enter to the 100 purchases i did. And being honest, as a buyer I would not search more than 3 orders and this will ensure the loss of a sale.

But on the other hand, if the Customer can see the name and image of the products of each order, they will quickly find what they are looking for and with this you can “ensure” a new purchase.

Searching in google a possible solution for this, i found this StackExchange solution, but it is for the backend. (last code in the post)

    https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/348105/display-order-items-names-in-woocommerce-admin-orders-list

And as im not a programme i have no idea what do i have to do.

    Any help for this?
    Thank you

    Hi @dviolante,

There is no default solution for that in WooCommerce. You’ll want to use custom code and add columns to the Orders backend page. In this case, I’d recommend checking this interesting article that explains how to add a custom column that you can further customize according to your business needs.

If you do require more help with the actual coding, we’d recommend hiring a developer or one of the customization experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

    Cheers.

Hello Mirko, thank you for your response.
I have read the article and it is for BACKEND,

What i want to customize is the /my-account/orders page in the front end for Customers.

Does the article is the same for the frontend?
    Thanks

    Hi there,

Same as for the backend customization if you are willing to customize the Orders page under /my-account/orders/ that will require a bit of additional coding as there is no default option for that in WooCommerce. Custom coding goes beyond the scope of support we are able to provide in this forum.

We’d recommend getting in touch with a web developer or one of the customization experts listed at: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

    Cheers!

Thank you Mirko for your answer.

It will be a good idea that Woocommerce consider to have this feature, Amazon, Mercado Libre, Linio, etc have this feature, as customer in my Orders List i can see the image of the product and Product′s name and i dont need to enter each order to see what i bought.

    Thank you!

    Hi @dviolante,

I understand your point and it would be great to have you add your ideas for improving WooCommerce to the Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.

I’m closing now this thread but if you have more questions or need more help feel free to open a new thread.

    Thanks!
