How to add roster to page on site?

Hello all. I hope I can find some help here. I like this plug-in, and I’ve had success with it so far. I am creating my roster and I’m wondering how to insert said roster/plug-in onto the page on my website that I want the roster to show up on. Any advice? Thank you
