how to add rotating photos to header area

I am using a child theme twenty elven

if you look at my site you will see a big green block of color in my header area –

I want to add a feature that will encompass some or all of this area that I can show case different surfboards we make as well as photos of my self and other employees riding our surfboards. I would like the photo to change every couple of seconds.

Wondering if there is a plugin or something that I will need to install?

The maybe some type of CSS to tell it where to show up on the site?
