How to add RSS feeds?

    You allready have a feed build in WordPress, just put feed/ behind your site name and the xml feed file shows up.

    But since this is n very user friendly, I suggest you head over to Feedbruner and Download ther plugin and let them handle your Feed subscriptions.

    Its a free service, so I wont cost you anything, excapt time and effort to install and configure the feeds, but thats easy.
