How to add Russian Language in qTranslate?

  • Hi,
    I need help on how to add Russian language to qTranslate plugin. Specifically my questions are:

    – What to enter in Locale field?
    – Where can I get .mo file for Russian language and how can I install it?
    – What is date and time format?

    Note that I do not speak or understand Russian but working on a project which requires Russian as one of the languages.

    I will appreciate if anyone can help me in it.
