How to add sections to the front page of my site

I’m using a theme called Bluewood (https://www.templatesold.com/p_details.php?id=6036)

I want to create the sections on the front page. The 3 content boxes on one level (“who we are”, etc) and then the next level down has the “this featured product” and the “from the blog”.

So far my site looks like this: https://genevievehathaway.com

I read the “readme” file and couldn’t find an explanation on how to add the sections to the front page.

Any ideas on how to do this? Do I have to enter code or is there a plugin?
