How to add "select a shipping option"

    Hi Multiodot,

    Thank you for the great plugin.

    In the current version of the plugin, the top shipping option is displayed in the drop-down list and some customer might think that that would be the only available shipping option.

    I would like to have something like ” select a shipping option” so the customer can click on it to see the available options.

    Can you please tell me if and how to add to the drop-down list?

    We have added “Select Shipping Method” option if select box is enabled. We have released new version please update it and enjoy..!!
