how to add shortcodes in theme customizer?

    Hello support,

    is there a possibility to add shortcodes into the “services” fields?
    I want to integrate a TablePress table (via shortcode) and also a google calendar (via simple calendar plugin –> also via shortcode) in the “services settings” within customizer.

    But when I insert the shortcode within the theme customizer into the service (in german “Dienstleistungen”) settings 1 to 6 it does not work… ??

    I do not want to use the widgets below the silder of the theme.

    Google has also not helped me in this issue so I hope you are able to assist me?

    Please let us confirm do you want same as the screenshot.
    If you don’t want to use the widgets below the slider, you have to remove all the widgets from the widget area. See this screenshot.

    Hello Amit,

    yes this is exactly what I wanted to have.

    But also if I remove all widgets under the slider the calendar will not appear.
    Is there some additional code needed or how do you implement the calendar into the services area?

    Hi,

    To add a google calendar in the services field, create an index-service.php file in your theme folder and paste this code.
    After that change the shortcode id in code, refer to this screenshot.
