How to add some pice of html code before the next and previous buttons ?

Hi , I want to add some HTML code before the plugin next and previous buttons ,
I tried many plugins , All are adding code after the next and previous buttons even though they are supposed to add before the end of post ..

Pls help , its needed for me !
