How to add starss manually in newest 3.0

    The option to add stars manually on edit screen has gone or am I missing something?

    I use old-style editor.

    Or better yet – give an option to disable stars on chosen pages/posts please

    Yes, they have been gone.

    You can disable a category in the settings and add that category to the post you want to disable the ratings for.

    but how to disable it inside chosen pages?

    I use wordpress builders e.g elementor and it uses pages to create designs. Now stars are visible on the homepage even when checkbox for homepage is signed (so it should be disabled). I use page as a homepage for now

    Inan earlier version I had an option to disable stars globally on pages (so it won’t show on homepage) and activate them manually on a chosen pages where I wanted. Now it’s impossible

    Checking the homepage under “Disable locations” should not show the ratings on the homepage. I have tested this on my installation. If it still shows, kindly downgrade to 2.6.4 until I hopefully fix the issue if it exists.

    Checking this box removes starts when hoomepage is set to display posts. When there is a page on a homepage stars are still displayed. The same story was in previous version that’s why I used a manual add.

    why don’t you just keep an option to add stars manually?

    We all use both posts and pages for content and displaying stars but some pages e.g contact form, privacy policy, disclaimers etc etc does not need them so perhaps you should give an option to put page ID and remove stars from these pages
