How to add subtitles video short code

  • Hi,
    I see that wordpress has mediaelement already installed by default. Using Mediaelement outside of wordpress you can add subtitles. This is a great feature for the hearing impaired. Does anyone know how to accomplish this in WordPress? There is a plugin, which can be used but it is outdated.
