How to add tags quickly

  • I was planning to go “tags” and also to update my past 8000 postings with tags.

    Unfortunately my WordPress is slow. Clicking edit, adding a tag and saving takes about 2 minutes and many times, right after the save it displays “page not found” (back, edit, save again, then it works).

    Is there a smart way, maybe offline to go more quickly through a “8000 postings” update?
