How can a shop manager add tax manually to order in the order edit page? I tried to add item -> add tax in the order edit page, but it is not working?

    Hi there,

Can you give us more details on the issue you are experiencing and how is this feature not working in your case?

Note that with the Add Item > Add Tax option from the order’s edit page, the added rate will be included in the order only if the customer’s billing address on this order matches the tax rates locations for the added rate.

Also, the products added to the order must be set to Taxable and include the tax class of the rate that is being added to the order.

The ‘Recalculate‘ option will allow you to calculate taxes for the products added to the order.

Here you have more information on this topic:

    Hope this helps!

    Best,
