How to Add Text to U-Design Theme?

    I’m using U-Design theme on my website https://intellecttoday.org/ and as you can see there is little or no text on the page

    Im wondering if anyone knows how to edit this theme so I can add text either above or below the first picture or right below the header.

    Anyone use this theme?
