I’m not familiar with the WPcode plugin, however, you can use one of the methods mentioned here to add PHP code:

Alternatively, How can I access the HTML of every page?

If you are using block element, you can select the block and click the 3 dots icon to view the HTML of the block.

But I don’t think there’s an easy way to modify the HTML of every page.

I changed my mind and went for google tag js instead.
Now it works and I just followed the instructions provided in the documentation!
