How to add the shortcode

I have a storymap https://tictac-go.com/blog/?storymap=9.
The story map title is called “Testing”.I embeded the following shortcode in my post:
[storymap id=”9″ name=”Testing”]However it is not working.
May I know is the shortcode correct?????
