How to add icon/png to post title?

I have try a different ways like featured pic, shortcodes none of them worked as I want.

I want to insert this : https://github.com/lafeber/world-flags-sprite to my wordpress. // like : [USAFLAG] Hello world.

If anynone have idea please share it. Thanks in advance.
