How to add transition effect in slider

hi,

does anybody here knows how to add transition effect (e.g. fade) in the slideshow manager?

There are only 4 effects available and i want to add fading effect (i like this effect so much).
How can i exactly put it in my codes?

P.S. the slider’s available effects run very slow in IE… don’t look good in IE, in short though i can bear on that…
