How to add trustmark on Stripe Credit Card field

  • Hi, we already installed and configured the plugin on our site however, we cannot find a way to add the trustmark on the stripe credit card field, how can we do this?
    We noticed that the Engagement Trustmark on the settings is not installed but there’s no option to install it https://prntscr.com/m17bkp can you let us know how?

    Thank you for using the McAfee SECURE service. Please note, in order to display the Engagement Trustmark you must be using a Pro plan if you are not already.

    To add the engagement trustmark, navigate to the page or post where you would like to display the trustmark.

    Insert the following shortcodes to add the engagement trustmark. Make sure you’re in text editor not visual editor:

    – For the standard size trustmark: [mcafeesecure]
    – For a larger or smaller trustmark, use the following code and change the width to any number between 60 -120: [mcafeesecure width=“80″]

    The engagement trustmark should now appear in the areas where you you pasted the shortcodes.

    Yes, we have the Pro plan https://prntscr.com/m2ehky and the badge is already displayed on some area of the site except on stripe payment.

    Is there a way we can add the badge on stripe card number field? or do we need to do it on the stripe templates and add the shortcode there?

    It depends on how exactly you are using Stripe. If you are using Stripe Checkout, you will not be able to add the trustmark.

    If you are using Stripe Elements, you can strategically place the trustmark wherever you need.

    The shortcode will not work in Stripe templates. You may need to try adding the full trustmark code.

    I recommend emailing our support team ([email protected]) with your domain name and they can look into this further for you.
