How to add user rating to Themes in Directory

    Hi
    I have searched for a way to add a user rating (star system) to a theme in the directory but I cannot find how this is done?
    I am most grateful for help on how to leave a user rating for a theme in the directory and look forward to helpful reply/ies soon.
