How to add user submission to a list that is live on the site

    Basically what I want to be able to do is start a joke and let each user come up with their own ending. It should then show or link to a page that shows all the submissions. Best way to do this?

    I was thinking maybe using a poll plugin with the start of the joke as the question and user submission as the answer, but the one I use only allows user submissions as one of the answers you have to enter your own as well. Is there a better way? Any ideas?

    You could create a post and then enable comments on the post which you can moderate and approve so that you have a bit of control over what is then seen by others.
