To show the vendor information in the sidebar, you could use our WooCommerce Brands extension. The vendor information will then be shown within a sidebar widget.

Besides that, we do offer the [WooCommerce Tab Manager](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-tab-manager/?aff=10486&cid=1131038) extension, which allows adding additional tabs to the product page. Whit this extension, you can easily add all vendor information to a separate tab on the single product page.

If you are using https://woocommerce.com/products/brands, please submit a ticket for help by logging into your WooCommerce.com account and going to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/. Please double check that the name of the product is entered instead of WooCommerce General. You can type it in to search.
