    Is this plugin capable of popping up a video instead of an image?

    If so, where are the directions to embed video into marker pop up?

    You can use the youtube link in description for the marker.
    For example:
    <iframe width="2481" height="808" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/U3SPkP4y-rY" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>

    The main thing is to specify the correct sizes for InfoWindow.
