How to add video tutorial on my WP.org plugin page?

I’m not a plugin author but I believe you can simply add video using a shortcode in your plugin’s readme.txt file.

For example to add a YouTube video you would put a line like so.

[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ]

That also works for Vimeo and probably others. See this as an example.
