    Hello Heather,

    To add a new field to the form, you would first need to create the field in your MailChimp.com List.

    Once you create the additional field, login to your WordPress site, and go to “MailChimp for WP” and click the “Renew MailChimp Lists” button. This will sync all data. After this is done, head over to “MailChimp for WP > Forms” and edit the form to which you wish to add the newly created field.

    If the above steps are done correctly, in the form editing page, under “Add New Fields” you should find the website field you created and you can select and add it to your form.
