How to add WP form to existing block?

Hey guys, following this video tutorial here step by step, at the 4.40 mark, it is showing how to add the form to a page but it does not address where I need this form.

which is a block lower down my page, I am trying to replace that image with the wp form but I am not understanding which option will replace that image with the form, help please?
