How to adjust the image size

Hello,

Thank you for this great plugin, I really like it.
I would like to display all members in just one column, so that the title fits in one line, but when I change the code to col=’1′ the images become really large. Is there a way to adjust the size of the images? I would prefer the size of the 2 column setting, but with the title displayed in one line.

Any advice would be appreciated.
