How to adjust the size of the site logo in Goran Theme

I have installed jet-pack plugin and input a site logo into my self-hosted website, however the size of the image lengthens the height of the menu bar which is not looking good as the words in header menu seem like hanging above.

May I ask how to adjust the width and the height of the site logo to make it in line with the menu bar?
