How to align the boxes in a same line

The form in the footer of your website is not created using our plugin. It’s created using “MailChimp.com”. Please note that we are a different company. You can use our plugin to create a form on your website for which support would be provided by us.

Yea. I know that. But the footer widget does not contain first name or last name, so i did not mean that form. I was talking about the sidebar widget. I think you may not notice that form..

Thanks for clarifying. Since you have used label element, to give them consistent width, please use the following CSS:

.mc4wp-form label {
    width: 90px;
    display: inline-block;
}

This code will align all labels and fields correctly similar to the following screenshot.
