• Hey all! Quick ‘how-to’ question that I hope is easy for you wordpress pro’s.

I am building a new website using wordpress and could use some advice…

    https://shawnjason.com/about-me/

On this page I would like to enable comments. However when going into ‘edit’ mode of this page, the ‘allow comments’ check box is already checked, yet there is no comments box on that page. I unchecked that box, hit save, then rechecked it and saved again… the comments box still did not appear so I assume it has to do with the theme that I am using.

This is the theme I am using: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/dylan

I wish to enable comments on pages… so if you are able to provide the code I need to add and inform me of what file to add the code to, I will much appreciate it.

    Lots of Love to All!

    Shawn Jason

  • Have a look at the page.php template file in the Twenty Ten theme.

Hey Esmi. I found the code to use and tried that, but it threw things out of whack on my page. I’ve given up on that theme for now and am trying something else. Thanks.
