How to allow readers to register under default roles?

  • I was wondering how do I allow my readers the option to register on my blog so that they have a set role? I know how to set the default role for new registers, but how would they register? I have looked around and have not been able to find this out. Is there a plug in or a certain link that would need to be provided?
