How to allow to use plugin for the end-users ?

Hopefully you found out that Sprout Invoices uses roles and you can use a role manager plugin to accomplish what you need.

I’m not sure which one to recommend since I’ve never used any, although here are some I know SI users have used:

The first link is not suitable while the second allows to set some Sprout’s rights to the role (for example to subscriber). But it’s not clear what links should be inserted in menu. Please, advise.

Sorry, I just re-read your original request and I now see that you’re probably referring to clients, and not WordPress users (as in editors).

Anyway, the plugins I provided will help but I can’t support their implementation, just the roles that were created by SI.
