How to allow users to add links to category?

    I currently have wordpress and bbpress integrated. Users will login using the bbpress login system and will never be taken to the WP-admin panel.

    Suppose I am currently at a link category page which displays the links in that category. How can I (or maybe there is a plugin available) that lets users add links to that link category?

    The form only needs to have fields such as NAME, WEB ADDRESS, and DESCRIPTION
