How to always allow comments on a post by default…

  • Hi, I would like to have comments always allowed for a post and the option for the check box to not allow comments in the admin area.

    Is this possible? I cant find anything in the forums relating to this.

    Ahh… yes, thank you but I will re-phrase the issue that I am having.

    I would still like to moderate comments, but by default the option for people to leave a comment is turned off. I would like the default to be on so that you do not need to check the ‘allow comments’ box when writing a post.

    Is this possible?

    Also, I would like to be able to moderate posts as well. Is that possible?
