How to app a local webpage to wordpress

  • I am working on a project in which I would like to upload a webpage into my wordpress site. I am doing this locally using the bitnami stack for testing purposes. I downloaded the open source project miniPaint-master which can be found at https://tinyurl.com/psdwn7p. How can I add this third party site that includes JavaScript code, libraries, and other files as well? I know the theme will also be an issue but I figure I can deal with that later.
