    I just installed plugin. Once I get the above fold code— must it be minified? Then is I where is irrelevant places in php? And do I do it for every page?
    When new blog material is added, must this constantly be updated?

    Hello, there are multiple ways and plugins ( you may want to check autoptimize which is a great plugin ) to inline your above the fold CSS.
    This is not supposed to be affected by new blog posts etc.
    If you want you can inline the code for each page or just your homepage.
