Hi, I’ve been using this plugin and I have to say it is indeed a very good download manager for WordPress. One of the best actually.

I’m just confused about listing the downloads unless I’m missing something the page add-on doesn’t work the way WordPress normally does. When it comes to listing the downloads suddenly I feel I’m not using WordPress anymore. To be more clear here is a list of things I’m trying to do:

    1. Use a custom downloads archive template the WP way.
    2. Use a custom single-download template the WP way.
    3. Attach custom taxonomies to downloads.
    4. Get single downloads indexed by search engines.
    5. Cache single download pages.

The reason I’m asking this is because I love your plugin and I don’t want switch to another plugin to achieve this. I hope I’m just missing something and it is possible to achieve what I mentioned above. Thank you.

    Hey @hatisenang,

From what I can tell, you are using our Page Addon extension. Please reply to your purchase mail so I can help you via email. WordPress forum rules don’t allow discussing of premium products here. Sorry!

    Kind Regards,

I’m sorry but I haven’t purchased your Page Addon yet. Because of my financial situation I like to try whatever it is before I purchase to test and make sure it is what I’m looking for. By chance I was able test your Page Addon after obtaining version 4.1.1 from the internet.

    Hey @hatisenang,

Okay, so there are 2 things going on here now.

    1. The Page Addon extension remains a premium product, sold on our own website. My comment about not being allowed to offer support for this product still stands.

    2. Unfortunately, because you choose to get a copy of our product elsewhere, we will not be able to support you. We only provide support to customers that have an active license with us.

I’m closing this topic now. If you decide to purchase the product, feel free to email us for premium support. You can do so by replying to the order email you’ll receive after purchasing.

    Kind Regards,

    Barry Kooij
