How to auto insert Table of Content on every post?

    Hi,
    Is there a way to automatically insert Table of Content on every post? I have over 2000 posts on my site. This will eliminate one plugin from my site.

    If so, is there a shortcode I can use? Or using Code snippets? Also, let me know hot to customize it so that only H2 headlines show up.
