How to auto-select lanaguge?

    Hi there

    Sorry for such a late response.

    By default, our Multilanguage feature is working based on the browser settings of the visitor. In short, if someone has their Browser language set to German, then the widget will be translated to German (if German is added as one of the languages).

    If you want this feature to work based on the Page settings, then you can do that using our API script, which will translate the Chat based on the HTML Lang value of the website.
