    Under the Automations Tab, is it possible to PREVENT the automatic triggering of a Custom Email in the Automations Funnel to a subscriber until ONLY AFTER they have confirmed their subscription following the initial email they receive.

    At the moment, a Custom Email (welcome email that I created) in the Automations Funnel goes ahead and automatically sends the subscriber an email before the user has gone ahead and confirmed their subscription. Unfortunately, right now subscribers end up getting two emails at the same time: 1. is the welcome email, and 2. is the Confirm your Subscription Email. Seems problematic to get the welcome email before they confirm their subscription.`

    Hello @parhamm
    If you enable double opt-in when adding the subscriber from a form or in another source then user will get automation or any type of email if and only if they confirm subscriptions.

    I see. The Free version of fluentCRM does not allow any change to the double-opt-in settings. Double Opt-in seems to be set to ON by default.

    Therefore, shall I assume that under the free version, the subscriber will always get the automation emails regardless of whether or not they confirm their subscription? That seems to be the case right now.
