how to automate so that custom fields immediately appear in the listing?

If you have the output location block/widget on the details page then you can set it to show there in the custom field as shown here https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/article/62-gd-output-location

I specified where it should be displayed in the custom fields settings, but it is not displayed

The real estate theme doesn’t have the ?output location block/widget on the details page out of the box, you need to add it first, then custom fields will appear there.

Or you can add all individual fields using the GD Post Meta block to the GD single template: https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/article/68-gd-post-meta
