How to automatically not list closed opportunities

    We are operating an emergency food bank and I am going to create a volunteer flexible opportunity for each food parcel delivery request with volunteer limit of one. Once a volunteer books the one opportunity it updates from open to closed but still displays on the list of opportunities. Rather than manually resetting each closed opportunity to draft, is there a way of changing something that makes the opportunity list automatically not show the closed ones?

    Thanks for reaching out @cdlstevenz. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to automatically hide the volunteer opportunities with no available slots. You could do this with some PHP coding, but obviously that’s not ideal for most people. Like you mentioned, you’ll either need to trash the closed opportunities or set them to drafts if you no longer want them to appear.

    I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you. I’ve marked down your request though so we consider it as we add new features to the plugin in the future.
