    Hello,

I wanted to ask you, if there is a way, how to automatize new created users to they joined membership list automatically.

I set up for my membership plan settings a user role to “Customer”. When somebody buy product via WooCoomerce, he has to create a new account. This account has a role “Customer”. If a new user with role “Customer” is added to website I’d like to automatically add him to my membership list. Is it possible? Other plugins have this feature.

    Thanks, Stepan

    Hi Stepan,

Sorry, but this does not work the other way around.

When a user subscribes to a subscription plan, then the user role is assigned.

But when the user role is assigned, the user is not subscribed to the list.

It is related to the architecture of the plugin, the thing can’t be made to work the other way around.

    With best of regards,
    Gabriel

    Hello Gabriel,

thanks for your response. If it is not possible, is there any way how to implement my own payment method? I need a paying by credit card, but it’s not possible now, because we don’t use Paypal in our country.

    Hello Stepan,

Sorry but custom payment methods can not be easily implemented.

It’s probably possible, as all is (especially in software), but it would be tremendously difficult, I think.

Perhaps you can use the manual payment method, and then you can have any method you wish, but you would have to confirm each payment manually.

    With best regards,
    Gabriel
